The conditions for the amendments to Cabonline’s notes to come into effect have been satisfied

Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) (the "Agent") has on 28 July 2020 confirmed that the conditions for the amendments to Cabonline Group Holding AB's (publ) (the "Company") senior secured floating rate notes with ISIN SE0013409398 (the "Notes") pursuant to the written procedure initiated on 3 July 2020 have been satisfied.

On 22 July 2020, the Company announced that the amendments to the terms and conditions of the Notes had been approved by the noteholders pursuant to the written procedure initiated on 3 July 2020, and that such amendments are conditional upon satisfaction of the Conditions (as defined in the written procedure).

On 28 July 2020, the Agent confirmed that such Conditions have been satisfied and consequently that the amended and restated terms and conditions for the Notes are effective.

The amended and restated terms and conditions for the Notes will be available at the Company’s website (www.cabonlinegroup.com).
