Withdrawal of Notice of a Written Procedure

Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") has on the date hereof given instructions to Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) (the "Agent") to withdraw the notice of written procedure initiated on 24 April 2020 in respect of its senior secured floating rate notes with ISIN SE0013409398 (the "Notes"). Further, the Company has mandated Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) ("Carnegie") and Pareto Securities AS ("Pareto"), as financial advisers in relation to the Notes and any future relevant process to seek amendments of the terms & conditions of the Notes.
On April 24, 2020, the Company instructed the Agent to initiate a written procedure to request the noteholders to vote for certain amendments, waivers, and approvals regarding the terms of the Notes. The notice of the written procedure and the proposed amendments, waivers, and approvals (including the background thereto) are available on the Company's website (www.cabonlinegroup.com).
After initial contacts with the noteholders, the Company has decided, and instructed the Agent, to withdraw the notice of written procedure. Furthermore, the Company has mandated Carnegie and Pareto as its financial advisers and will initiate a dialogue with noteholders in to find an agreeable solution to its covid-19 related concerns.
