Calmark receives patent in India
Calmark Sweden AB (publ) announces today that Intellectual Property of India has approved the company's patent application regarding Calmark's test cassette and the construction of volume control, so-called 'Exact fill'. The patent is valid until 2038.
The patent with the title "Detection of a biomarker in a flowable substance" and patent number 496567 covers Calmark's test cassette.
Including the new patent, Calmark owns 22 patents and 11 design protections for both the instrument and the disposable test in important markets.
