The Calmark Neo platform attracted great attention at Arab Health
During this week, Calmark Sweden AB has participated in the international healthcare and medical exhibition Arab Health in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where the Company made contact with many prospective cooperation partners. Calmark formed the "Innovation Pavilion by Sweden" together with representatives of a total of 25 Swedish companies, organizations and authorities.

Calmark was represented by Anna Söderlund, CEO, and Marianne Alksnis, International Sales Director. The purpose of the Company's attendance was to make contact with prospective distributors in the MENA region and other parts of Asia in view of the upcoming launch. Meetings were also conducted with regional health authorities; in particular, the point-of-care diagnostics platform Calmark Neo was presented to His Excellency Dr Amin Al Ameeri, MSc, PhD, Assistant Undersecretary of Public Health Policy and Licensing Sector in UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention and His Excellency Humaid Al Qutami, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority. The Swedish Ambassador Henrik Landerholm and Deputy Director-General at Ministry of Health and Social Affairs Niclas Jacobson were also present at the meeting. The platform was very well received.
"We are delighted that Calmark Neo has received such a positive response from both distributors and regional health authorities," says Marianne Alksnis. "The interest has been substantial, both in the product and the company. We have held meetings with more than 50 actors and been given unique opportunities to demonstrate our platform and discuss partnerships around sales. Our participation has been successful and we will now follow up all meetings to continue the discussion."
