INSPIRING SCIENCE THROUGH SCIENCE FICTION ON WORLD BOOK DAY!

On World Book Day (March 3rd) science’s dynamic duo and Candy Jar authors, Mark Brake and Jon Chase will be teaming up with the Welsh Books Council to launch the Space, Time, Machine, Monster science competition in  schools across Wales. World Book Day is about the fantastic potential of words. This competition is designed to encourage reading and the practical application of science. Mark and Jon are asking for pupils to create a science project based around either the words: Space. Time. Machine. Or monster. The wacky boffins are looking for that stand-out ‘science experiment’ idea.
