Lower sales in Sweden while other markets continue the positive development

- Decreasing sales in Sweden was partly compensated by continued positive development primarily in Denmark and Norway

- Net sales increased by 2.3 % to MSEK 1320.5 (1290.9). Measured in constant currency net sales was in the same level as last year
- The underlying EBIT amounted to MSEK 47.9 (71.3), a decrease primarily explained by increased cost of goods sold, mainly as a consequence of adverse currency fluctuations, and decreased sales in Sweden
CEO Comment
“It is positive to see that our gross margin improves, which is primarily driven by strong growth in markets with healthy profitability and to some extent due to price increases. Our focus going forward is to strengthen our offer in Sweden as well as to review the need for further price increases.” says Fredrik von Oelreich, President & CEO at Candyking
