Careium AB publishes company description prior to listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

Careium AB (publ) (“Careium”) has prepared a company description due to the listing of Careium's shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The estimated first day of trading is December 10, 2021. The company description will be available on Careium's website, www.careium.com/en-gb/investors and on Doros website www.doro.com/en-gb/corporate.

 This Company Description does not constitute a prospectus and has therefore not been approved by Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) and does not contain any offer to the public to subscribe for or otherwise acquire shares or other financial instruments in the Company, either in Sweden or in any other jurisdiction. The company description includes, but is not limited to, information about the company's business, market, financial position, risks and information about the board, management, and corporate governance.

Nasdaq Stockholm AB has, provided that customary conditions are met, announced that Careium meets the listing requirements on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

The listing is part of a distribution of DORO AB's (“Doro”) all shares in Careium to Doro's shareholders, which was decided at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Doro on November 22, 2021. Doro's Board of Directors was authorized to set the record date for the distribution. The record date has been set for December 7, 2021.
