Lennart Schuss appointed to new role within Catella
Lennart Schuss, Vice President of Catella AB, has been appointed to a new role as Executive Chairman of the board of Catella’s Nordic corporate finance company, with the task of coordinating and developing the Nordic business operations.
“Lennart Schuss is a born businessman possessing unique and solid experience of property transactions. Over the years, he has carried out property transactions for Catella valued in excess of SEK 500 billion. The fact that he has now chosen to focus on Catella's property business is of great benefit for our business development,” says Johan Ericsson, President of Catella AB.
Lennart Schuss will take up his new position on 1 July.
“I will participate in, and manage, major business projects and ensure a coordinated approach to the Nordic business. Catella is an incredibly exciting company with strong finances and skilled entrepreneurs, with great potential to advance its positions within the transactions business. In my new role I will have the possibility to focus precisely on this aspect. I've reached the age of 60 and will be working for Catella part time, in order to have time also to devote myself to other things,” says Lennart Schuss.
The new role means that Lennart Schuss is relinquishing the position of Vice President and leaving Group Management.
