New head for Catella's Swedish fund operations
Erik Kjellgren has been appointed as the new head of Catella’s Swedish fund operations. He has extensive experience of analysis and asset management from a number of senior positions in the finance industry. Erik succeeds the current head, Mats Andersson.

Erik Kjellgren has extensive experience from various senior roles in asset management, most recently from a senior manager role at SHB, where he was part of the global equities team. He was previously head of asset management at Danske Capital in Stockholm, and was included in the Swedish executive management there. Prior to that, he was head of research at AMF Pension. Erik has longstanding experience of both fund management and discretionary management for major institutional clients.
Erik Kjellgren will take up his position on 4 August 2014. Mats Andersson will remain as head of the Swedish fund operations until then.

Assets under management in the Swedish funds have increased from SEK 13.7 billion to SEK 28.5 billion during Mats' time as head of the operations.
