Complementary information to Catena Media´s Year-end report January- December 2016

In Catena Media’s Year-end report, published on 15 February 2016, did not include the information concerning the proposal of Board of Directors regarding the dividend.

The proposal of Catena Media’s Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting is that, like for the financial year 2015, no dividend should be paid for the 2016 financial year.
