Increased number of shares and votes in Catena Media plc

The number of shares and votes in Catena Media plc amounts to 56,885,864 following directed share issues of a total of 108,860 shares.

The company has resolved on a directed issue of a total of 108,860 shares by virtue of one of the company’s incentive programs.

The share issues have been registered with the Maltese authorities during April 2019.

Subsequent to the share issues, the number of shares and votes in Catena Media has increased from 56,777,004 to 56,885,864 and the share capital has increased to EUR 85,328.80.
