Increased number of shares and votes in Catena Media plc

The number of shares and votes in Catena Media plc amounts to 58,429,598 following a directed share issue of a total of 1,440,454 shares.

Catena Media has, as announced on 16 July 2019, resolved on a directed share issue of a total of 1,440,454 shares as a prepayment to the final earn-out payment for U.S. assets acquired in December 2016.

The share issue has been registered with the Maltese authorities in July 2019.

Subsequent to the share issue, the number of shares and votes in Catena Media has increased from 56,989,144 shares to 58,429,598 and the share capital has increased to EUR 87,644.40.
