Increased number of shares and voting rights in Catena Media plc

Catena Media plc announces that the number of shares and voting rights in the company has increased by 609,984 due to the exercise of Catena Media’s warrants (CTM TO1) during the seventh warrant exercise period that followed publication of the interim report for the third quarter of 2021.

As announced on 30 November, 609,984 warrants were used to subscribe for the same number of new ordinary shares in Catena Media during the seventh warrant exercise period. The new shares were then registered with the Maltese authorities. 

As of today, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and voting rights in Catena Media has increased from 75,570,137 to 76,180,121 and share capital has risen by EUR 914.98 to EUR 114,270.18.
