New Chairman appointed for Catena Media
According to a statutory board meeting in Catena Media, Kathryn Moore Baker has been appointed as new Chairman of Catena Media. She has been a member of the Board of Directors at Catena Media since 2015.
Kathryn Moore Baker, born in 1964, holds a degree in economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Ms. Baker is an independent investor and has 17 years of board experience as both Board Member and Chairman. She is a former partner of the Oslo-based private equity firm Reiten & Co where she has 15 years of experience in working with growth companies through an active board position. She is currently the Chairman of the Board of Agasti Holding ASA and serves on the boards of Norges Bank (the central bank of Norway), Akastor ASA and Sevan Marine ASA.
