Notification of Major Holdings in Catena Media plc

Catena Media plc (the “Company”) hereby announces, that it has received a notification from Bodenholm Capital AB, a Swedish limited liability company with registered office at Norrmalmstorg 14, 103 86, Stockholm, Sweden (“Bodenholm”), in relation to an acquisition or disposal by Bodenholm of shares and voting rights in the Company on 5 November 2018 (the “Notification”).

The Notification indicates that Bodenholm, as of 5 November 2018, holds 5.25% of the voting rights in the Company and that Bodenholm is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity, and does not control any other undertaking(s) holding directly or indirectly an interest in the Company.
