Notification of major holdings in Catena Media plc

Catena Media plc (the “Company”) hereby announces, that it has received a notification from Bodenholm Capital AB, a Swedish manager of alternative investment funds with registered office at Norrmalmstorg 14, P.O Box 7030, 103 86 Stockholm, Sweden in relation to an acquisition or disposal by Bodenholm Capital AB of shares and voting rights in the Company on 9 May 2019 (the “Notification”).

The Notification indicates that Bodenholm Capital AB, as of 6 May 2019, holds 10.28 percent of the voting rights in the Company and that Bodenholm Capital AB is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity, and does not control any other undertaking(s) holding directly or indirectly an interest in the Company.
