Notification of Major Holdings in Catena Media plc

Catena Media plc (the “Company”) hereby announces, that it has on 2 October 2019 received a notification from Bodenholm Capital AB (“Bodenholm”), a Swedish manager of alternative investment funds, with registered office at Norrmalmstorg 14, 103 86, Stockholm, Sweden. The notification is with regards to an acquisition of shares and voting rights in the Company made by Bodenholm. 

The Notification indicates that Bodenholm, as of 1 October 2019, holds 15.19% (previously 10.28%) of the shares and voting rights in the Company and that Bodenholm is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity, and does not control any other undertaking(s) holding directly or indirectly an interest in the Company.
