Catena Media plc (the “Company”) hereby announces, that it has on 11 October 2019 received a notification from Swedbank Robur Fonder AB a Swedish asset management company, with registered office at Landsvägen 40, Sundbyberg, Sweden. The notification is with regards to a disposal of shares and voting rights in the Company made by Swedbank Robur Fonder AB. 

The Notification indicates that Swedbank Robur Fonder AB, as of 7 October 2019, holds 4.46% (previously 6.3%) of the shares and voting rights in the Company and that Swedbank Robur Fonder AB is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity, and does not control any other undertaking(s) holding directly or indirectly an interest in the Company.
