Catena Media plc (the "Company") hereby announces that it has on 11 October received a notification from Second Swedish National Pension Fund, with registered office in Gothenburg, Sweden. The notification is with regards to a disposal of shares and voting rights in the Company (the "Notification") made by Second Swedish National Pension Fund.

The Notification indicates that Second Swedish National Pension Fund, as of 10 October 2022, holds 4.93% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.
