Today, 8 June 2020, is the last day of trading in Catena Media's share together with the right to receive Unit Subscription Rights in the Rights Issue

As previously communicated, Catena Media plc (the “Company”) confirms that today, 8 June 2020, is the last day of trading in the Company’s share together with the right to receive Unit Subscription Rights in the Rights Issue announced on 17 April 2020.

The Company's share will be traded without the right to receive Unit Subscription Rights from tomorrow, 9 June 2020. 

The record date at Euroclear Sweden for determining which parties are entitled to receive Unit Subscription Rights is 10 June 2020.                      

The subscription period is set to 15 June 2020 up to and including 26 June 2020. Trading with Unit Subscription Rights will be possible from 15 June 2020 up to and including 24 June 2020.

A prospectus with full terms and conditions is expected to be published on 11 June 2020.

As previously communicated, the resolution to carry out the Rights Issue is, based on the proxy votes received by the Company, expected to be approved at the extraordinary general meeting of 10 June 2020. The last day of trading of the share together with the right to receive Unit Subscription Rights will thus occur before the extraordinary general meeting.
