Catena acquires land in Jönköping

Catena has signed a contract to acquire 85,000 m2 of logistics land in Stigamo, Jönköping.

13 March 2022 at 1:00 p.m. 

Catena acquired Stigamo 1:49. The property is one of the most well established logistics parks in the Nordic region, optimally located in proximity to the E4 motorway just south of Jönköping in Stigamo, Sweden. The vendor is Nivika Fastigheter AB and the property is being sold as a corporate transaction.

“We see great potential to grow with additional facilities in the Jönköping region, which is without doubt one of the most attractive logistics locations in Sweden, with the ability to efficiently supply the Scandinavian markets,” says Jonas Arvidsson, Regional Manager for Jönköping.

The land acquired already has a zoning plan. Catena will take possession of the property on 13 March 2023.
