Catena applies for building permit in Ängelholm

Catena has today submitted an application for a building permit for a logistics facility in the E-City Engelholm e-commerce area.

12 July 2019, 2:00 p.m. CET  

Catena seeks to further develop E-city Engelholm which is located alongside the E6 motorway in the Municipality of Ängelholm. This now commences the process of developing a new stage, in which Catena is preparing to construct a new logistics facility of approximately 22,000 square metres adjacent to existing buildings. 

“As part of Greater Copenhagen, the location of E-City Engelholm meets all requirements with proximity to all major modes of transport, the development in the area helps place Ängelholm on the map as a centre for e-commerce logistics,” comments Göran Jönsson, Regional Manager, Helsingborg.
