Catena is investing a total of SEK 65 million in the Rosersberg 11:81 property, which is being expanded by 7,500 square metres. This will provide additional warehousing and logistics space for the tenant, third-party logistics company Speed Logistics. Following the investment, which also includes modernising the existing premises, the property will be slightly more than 30,000 square metres in size.

“We at Catena are pleased to continue our already successful collaboration with Speed Logistics, contributing optimally to their flexible warehouse and distribution solutions,” says Catena’s Regional Manager in Stockholm, Maths Carreman.

“The extension project being conducted with Catena in Rosersberg will enable Speed to offer modern 3PL and e-commerce solutions to more customers in this strategic position in the Stockholm region,” says Björn Tallén, CEO of Speed Logistics in Stockholm AB.

In connection with the remodelling and extension project, which is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2020, the lease has been extended until 2030.
