Catena extends several leases with ICA
Catena has signed an agreement with ICA Fastigheter to extend leases in Kungälv, Järfälla and Borlänge.

The extensions relate to leases regarding a total of approximately 107,000 square metres. for premises in the Fördelaren 1 property in Kungälv, the Slammertorp 3:3 property in Järfälla and the Planeraren 2 property in Borlänge. The extensions are for a five-year period in Kungälv, seven years in Järfälla and eight years in Borlänge. In connection with the signing of the new leases, Catena has made investments in the properties in the order of SEK 55 million.
