Catena publishes updated base prospectus for its MTN program

In 2021, Catena established an MTN program (Medium Term Notes). Catena has now updated the prospectus for the MTN program.

Catena has updated the prospectus for issuance purposes in the Nordic capital market.

The updated prospectus has today, 29 May 2026, been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available on Catena's website www.catena.se and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se.

The prospectus is valid for 12 months from date of approval and is the basis for Catena's issuance of bonds under the MTN program.

Swedbank remains the arranger of the MTN program and is appointed as dealer together with Danske Bank, SEB, Nordea Bank and Handelsbanken. Born Law has acted as legal advisor to Catena in the process of updating the prospectus.
