Catena rents out store space in Malmö

Catena has signed a leasing contract with Märkesoutlet covering additional store space in Värnhem, Malmö. The current store has developed favorably and will now expand by an additional 1,050 square meters. The annual rent for the new contract amounts to approximately SEK 1.2 M and occupancy is scheduled for March 1, 2007. “This contract is a fine example of how we can develop our real estate by remodeling storage and sales space into store premises,” says Peter Hallgren, President of Catena.
