Catena secures BBB- credit rating from Nordic Credit Rating
Logistics property company Catena has been awarded an “investment grade” credit rating of BBB- with stable prospects from credit rating agency Nordic Credit Rating (NCR).

This is referred to as investment grade credit rating, with, for example, the company's stability, combined with its financial targets and the issue now completed having been key to the allocated rating.
“The rating from NCR reflects both our financial position and leading market position, while also establishing additional conditions for long-term financing on favourable terms and with increased attractiveness among investors,” says Catena's CFO, Sofie Bennsten.
