Catena signs 10-year lease with Ahlsell in Gothenburg

Catena is to invest approximately SEK 28 M in the new construction of a wholesale store for Ahlsell. 

The building, which will have an outstanding prime location between the E6 highway and Mölndalsvägen in the Almedal district of the city, will have floor space of about 2,100 square meters. Occupancy is expected to take place in July 2011. 

Ahsell is one of the leading technical commercial companies in the Nordic region for installation products, tools and machinery.
