Catena signs 10-year lease with Tidermans Hyrmaskiner AB

Catena AB (publ) has signed a 10-year lease with Tidermans Hyrmaskiner AB. The leasing covers one of Catena’s facilities at Deltavägen on Hisingen in Gothenburg. The lettable space of the property is about 4,600 square meters, with an annual rent of approximately SEK 3.3 M. The leasing contract is effective as of January 1, 2008.

Bilia currently leases the premises but has decided to close down the car operations. Bilia’s truck center, which conducts operations in Catena’s adjacent property, is continuing activities as previously.
