The Magasinet 3 property, with a plot of slightly more than 66,100 square metres, is situated adjacent to the Gerstaberg 1:7 site of 1,000,000 square metres that Catena intends to develop through its partnership holding in the company Södertuna utvecklings AB. The property now being acquired encompasses building rights of approximately 10,000 square metres and a lettable area with tenants of approximately 21,000 square metres. The combined rental value amounts to approximately SEK 12 million. The acquisition is being conducted as a corporate transaction at a value of SEK 130 million. The site is being sold by Folkpolarna AB.

“We had previously identified this as a site with considerable potential to meet the growing logistics needs of the metropolitan region. With this acquisition, we further improve the conditions for efficient and sustainable future product flows adjacent to the southern road approaches to Stockholm,” says Maths Carreman, Regional Manager Stockholm, at Catena.
