Catena signs rental agreement with Motor Trend AB in Kungsbacka

Catena has signed a three-year rental agreement with Motor Trend AB, a Toyota dealer with facilities in the Skaraborg area and Värmland County in southwestern Sweden.

The lease involves an approximately 2,800-square-meter automotive facility in central Kungsbacka. The tenant will move into the premises in March 2009.

“It is pleasing that Motor Trend AB chose to cooperate with us in Kungsbacka. We are looking forward to continue developing this cooperation. Long term, our intention as previously is to produce a new local plan for housing in the area. This work continues as planned,” says Peter Hallgren, President of Catena.
