Catena strengthens the management team
Catena recruits Johan Franzén as new Head of Business and Property. Johan becomes a member of the company’s management team, in which the company’s Marketing and Communications Manager Annie Nyblom also becomes a part.

Most recently, Johan Franzén has held a position as Business Area manager Industry and Logistics at the property company Platzer where he has been employed since 2020. Before that, he has a long and solid background in logistics and real estate, among other he has been the manager for the regions Gothenburg and Jönköping at Catena.
”Johan has exactly the background and the qualifications that we’ve been looking for and he will be able to further develop Catena’s business and property management towards our ambitious goals. In addition, we know he is a great leader and colleague, and we look forward to welcoming him back in our organization”, says Catena’s CEO Jörgen Eriksson.
Annie Nyblom has been employed by Catena since 2018, today in the role of Marketing and Communications Manager, a responsibility also including IR issues. Annie has a broad background in communications and marketing at companies including Helsingborgshem and Studentlitteratur.

Once these management changes have been implemented in August 2022, Catena’s management team will comprise the following individuals and positions: Jörgen Eriksson, CEO; Sofie Bennsten, Deputy CEO/CFO; Annie Nyblom, Head of Marketing and Communications; David Silvesjö, Chief Treasury Officer; Johan Franzén Head of Business and Property and Malin Nissen Head of ESG.
