Catena intends to acquire two properties from Halmslättens Fastighets AB.

21 February 2022, 4.00 p.m. CET

The acquisition is planned as a corporate transaction in which Halmslättens Fastighets AB will sell all of the shares in its subsidiary Halmslätten Midco 1 AB, which holds the Group's property portfolio. The transaction is based on an agreed property value of SEK 1,520 million. The property portfolio concerned includes the Vrangelsro 5:4 property in the Municipality of Halmstad and the Logistiken 3 property in the Municipality of Umeå.

According to the letter of intent, the transaction is conditional on approval of the sale by an Extraordinary General Meeting of the seller and that Catena is able to conduct a due diligence process. After that, it will be possible to enter a binding share transfer agreement.

If the conditions are met, the transaction is expected to be completed at the beginning of the second quarter of 2022.
