Catena to be included in the Global Property Research GPR 250 Index

Global Property Research has included Catena AB in its GPR 250 Index as of December 23, 2024.

19 December 2024, 9.00 a.m. CET

The index comprises the 250 most liquid publicly listed property companies globally and is a widely recognized benchmark among professional investors. The share of the free float for Catena is currently estimated at 70 percent, according to Global Property Research.
