The new rating reflects improvements in Catena's business and financial profile accompanied with an increased trust from the capital market. A growing, modern and energy efficient property portfolio, well positioned geographically has also had an impact on the assessment together with a longer average debt maturity and maintained solid liquidity.

“We are proud of the development of Catena and pleased that Fitch has decided to raise Catena’s credit rating. The upgrade reflects our strategy and strong performance and will contribute to our ability to generate further profitable growth”, comments David Silvesjö, Catena’s Chief Treasury Officer.
