Catena upgraded to ”BBB” by Nordic Credit Rating

Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) has upgraded its long-term credit rating on Catena to BBB from BBB-. The outlook is stable.

The new rating reflects Catena’s strong position as one of Sweden’s largest logistics property company and Catena’s gradual shift in financial leverage during the last years.
