Catena welcomes a new tenant to Kungälv
Creative Technology Northern Europe AB to move its warehouse and logistics to Catena’s property Bulten 1 in the Rollsbo Industrial Area in Kungälv, Sweden.

Arvid Nilsson AB is already a tenant at the Bulten 1 property, which has a total area of approximately 23,100 m². Creative Technology Northern Europe will now move in as well, as a 10-year lease for the remaining area of 11,500 m² has been signed.
“As we welcome our new tenant, we are investing in the facility to ensure a high-quality logistics space. Both we and our tenants consider this increase in the standard of the property to be very important,” says Jonas Arvidsson, Regional Manager West at Catena.
Creative Technology Northern Europe is a leading supplier of technical full-service solutions and AV services for events and installations. As a member of the global NEP Group, the company has global reach.

The company is expected to begin occupying the property in October 2025.
