Catena welcomes new Regional Manager East
Pierre Mazeret has been appointed as the new Regional Manager for Region East at Catena.

Pierre has a long and solid background in the real estate industry, most recently from Fokus Nordic, where in 2023 he was responsible for managing foreign clients’ property portfolios in Sweden. Prior to that, Pierre worked for many years at Newsec with strategic and financial management – first as a Property manager, then as a Client Manager, responsible for management, maintenance, and strategic development of a larger portfolio with several clients.

Catena’s Region East currently comprises 864,000 square meters of logistics space and covers northern Sweden and the Stockholm/Mälaren region, as well as areas of operations in cities like Norrköping, Linköping, Örebro, and also in Karlstad.
