Change in Catena´s Nominations Committee

Now that the HQ Fonder is no longer one of Catena´s four largest shareholders, Mr Hans Hedström has resigned from the committee. Länsförsäkringar has instead appointed a representative.

Thus the members of the nomination committee are now as follows:
