Distribution of acquisition expense Bilia/Catena

The Swedish Tax Agency has published information on the distribution of the acquisition expense for shares resulting from Bilia AB’s spin-off of shares in Catena AB in 2006. The information has been published in the form of Announcement SKV M 2006:9 and General Advice No. SKV 2006:17.
