Erik Paulsson is leaving Catena AB’s Board of Directors

Erik Paulsson, member of Catena’s Board of Directors since 2013, has informed the Chairman of the Board that he will leave his assignment on the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2018. In accordance with normal procedures, the Nomination Committee will now propose the election of a possible replacement to the 2018 Annual General Meeting.
