Sale of property in Örebro

Catena has signed an agreement to divest the Godsvagnen 6 property.

The Godsvagnen 6 property in the Municipality of Örebro has been sold by Catena with a purchase consideration of SEK 157 million, which exceeds the valuation as of the third quarter by about 5 percent. The buyer is a Swedish government organisation. The property has a lettable area of approximately 19,600 square metres and is situated on a plot of 60,700 square metres. The rental value amounts to about SEK 12 million, with Catena having relinquished ownership in December. 

“This sale represents a favourable long-term solution, both for the individual property and for the composition of our overall property portfolio,” says Tobias Karlsson, Regional Manager at Catena.
