Cereno Scientific publishes annual report for 2020 on the company’s website and confirms digital AGM

 Cereno Scientific today announced that the annual report for 2020 is published on the company’s website, www.cerenoscientific.com. The company’s Board have also resolved that the annual general meeting 2021 will be held digitally due to covid-19. 

Cereno’s annual report for 2020 is available on the company’s website, both in Swedish and in English.

The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held exclusively digitally, with the support of the temporary rules that apply during the current covid-19 pandemic. Participation in the AGM will take place by using a digital postal voting form. Notice and other documents related to the AGM on June 9, 2021 will be available on the company's website no later than two weeks prior.
