Innovation Zone: suppliers show ‘inspiring’ hi-tech mix

Cutting-edge refrigeration, hi-tech hobs and pioneering appliances are all part of the mix as fourteen suppliers show their latest products in the CESA Innovation Zone at Hospitality 2015. Visitors will also be able to get the latest news on BIM (Building Information Modelling) and its impact on kitchen design.

“The Innovation Zone lets Show visitors see and touch a selection of the smartest, most advanced products and gadgets that manufacturers are developing,” says CESA director Keith Warren. “This year it’s bigger than ever before. It’s an interesting, inspiring feature of the show and a must for anyone wanting to see the very latest ideas in foodservice equipment.”

The Hospitality Show will be 2015’s largest forum of dedicated catering equipment suppliers in the UK. Alongside the 14 exhibitors in the Innovation Zone, a further 26 CESA members have stands. “CESA’s 40 exhibitors will be a major presence at the Show,” says Keith.
