A New Face For The Braking Programme Leading all makes parts specialist First Line continues to invest in the quality of its support team with the recruitment of Len Finlay to the position of brand manager for the First Line Braking programme. Len has an established aftermarket career having been in the industry for some 25 years. His first appointment was on the VM side of the business, with Renault Trucks, before moving over to the independent sector with AP. Len spent 10 years with AP working on their passenger car and CV clutch programmes, and then joined Quinton Hazell to work on their clutch, cooling and cable programmes in 2000. Commenting on his appointment Len said: “Becoming part of the First Line team is a breath of fresh air for me. There is an enthusiasm and energy within the business that comes with the freedom to take responsibility for the products and develop them. “With this atmosphere internally and the great products we offer to our customers, it’s obvious why the brand is growing so strongly and I’m delighted to be part of it.” Dan Joyner, purchasing director, said: "We are really pleased to announce another great addition to the team and look forward to the experience Len will undoubtedly bring to the business."
