Climeon announces its listing on Nasdaq First North Premier and publishes prospectus related thereto
Climeon AB (publ) (”Climeon” or the ”Company”), announced on September 15, 2017 its intention to list its B-shares on Nasdaq First North Premier (the “Listing”) and to raise capital through an issue of new B-shares (the “Offering”), to finance the future growth of the Company. Today, September 22, 2017, Climeon announces that the Company proceeds with the Listing and publishes the prospectus and terms for the Offering and the Listing.
