Plustech AS and Plustech Sweden AB are sold to Auksjonen.no and Dutch TBAuctions and become part of the leading players in the European market

Blaaber Kompaniet AS together with Kabe Invest AS and other shareholders have sold 100% of the shares in Plustech AS and the Swedish sister company Plustech Sweden AB («Plustech»). Through plustech.com, Plustech is an important player in the sale of used vehicles, machines, and equipment. The buyer is Auksjonen.no AS, which is owned by TBAuctions B.V. («TBA»). The main owners of TBA are funds managed by Castik Capital S.a. r.L. («Castik»), and Summa Equity AB. Kabe Invest AS reinvests a significant part of the purchase price in TBA after the transaction. The agreement was signed on 14 November 2022 and the aim is to close the agreement at the end of December, subject to clearance from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
After the transaction, Plustech will take part in the professionalization that TBA has already carried out and further development and will reach a larger international market for selling used vehicles, machines and equipment.

Plustech will continue its operations in Norway and continue to use its trademarks. Plustech will be integrated into the IT system of Auksjonen / TBA so that they can benefit from the scope and efficiency built up as well as take part in the online marketing and back-office assistance of TBA.
