Changes in Componenta’s reporting time schedule 2014
Componenta Corporation will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2013 on Monday, 17 February 2014 at 13.00, unlike previously announced. The preliminary information on net sales and result for the fourth quarter and full year 2013 and prospects for 2014 will be published on 10 February 2014 at 13.00. The Financial Statements for the year 2013 including the report by the Board of Directors and the auditor’s report will be published on 17 February 2014.
The publishing times of the Financial Statements Bulletin and the Financial Statements for the year 2013 change, as the financial statements of Componenta’s Turkish subsidiary Componenta Dökümcülük A.S. have not been finalized in accordance with the time schedule.
The 2014 Interim Reports will be published as earlier informed:
Interim Report January - March 2014 on Friday, 25 April 2014
Interim Report January - June 2014 on Wednesday, 16 July 2014
Interim Report January - September 2014 on Tuesday, 21 October 2014
Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be postponed by about one week, and will not be held on 7 March 2014, unlike previously announced. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on.

A press conference for analysts and media representatives due to the preliminary information on net sales and result for the fourth quarter and full year 2013 and prospects for 2014 will be arranged on 10 February 2014 at 14.30 in Käpylä, in auditorium of the Sato house, at the address Panuntie 4, 00610 Helsinki.
The press conference will be webcast simultaneously starting at 14.30 on Componenta’s website at www.componenta.com.
