Changes in Componenta’s reporting time schedule for 2013

Componenta Corporation will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2012 on Thursday, 28 February 2013 at 12.00, unlike previously announced. The preliminary information on net sales and result for the fourth quarter and full year 2012 will be published on 11 February 2013. The Financial Statements for the year 2012 including the report by the Board of Directors and the auditor’s report will be published on Friday, 1 March 2013.

The publishing times of the Financial Statements Bulletin and the financial statements change, as the accounting principles of the financial statements will be changed and because of that, preparing of the financial statements is expected to take more time than earlier anticipated. In the financial statements for the year 2012 the company will apply the re-valuation of the properties according to IAS 16 instead of historical bookkeeping values.

The 2013 Interim Reports will be published as earlier informed:

Interim Report January - March 2013             on Thursday, 25 April 2013 
Interim Report January - June 2013               on Tuesday, 16 July 2013
Interim Report January - September 2013     on Monday, 28 October 2013

Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held, unlike previously announced, on Friday, 22 March 2013 at 9.00. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on.
