Componenta’s financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2015

Componenta Corporation will publish its financial information in 2015 as follows:  

Year 2014 Financial Statements Bulletin      on Tuesday, 10 February 2015
Interim Report January - March 2015           on Monday, 27 April 2015
Interim Report January - June 2015             on Wednesday, 15 July 2015
Interim Report January - September 2015   on Monday, 26 October 2015 

The year 2014 Annual Report including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published as a web report latest on Wednesday, 18 February 2015. 

Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 11 March 2015 at 10.00. The meeting will be convened by the Board of Directors later on. Shareholders, who request a certain issue to be included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, must notify the Board of Directors of Componenta latest on 13 January 2015. A written request together with an explanation or a draft resolution shall be sent to Componenta Corporation, Board of Directors, Panuntie 4, FI-00610 Helsinki, Finland or by email: ir.componenta@componenta.com.
